You probably have to drink this water for a few weeks before you see the real results. I will get back later and tell you how it goes. The best thing about the bottle now is that I drink more water than usual. I usually drink 2 liters a day. I start the morning by drinking hydrogen water on an empty stomach. Then I drink before and after meals. I can warmly recommend this bottle to anyone who wants to think about their health.
