IHSA is the independent body that defines what counts as hydrogen water, how it must be measured, and which labs may test it. A bottle only earns its certificate by passing at one of those labs. Ours did.

“Have owned a bottle for a week, which is probably too short a time to really see any effect, but my smartwatch tells me my deep sleep has been better every night since I started drinking hydrogen water. If this continues and is the only effect, then it's a substantial effect with “ripple effects”. Deep sleep is, after all, the body's repair mode... Would really have liked to give 5 stars, but as I write this I'm a bit worried that I got a lemon, since the button doesn't always respond when I press it. Since you have to press it twice, in the worst case 30 seconds have passed before I get the bottle to respond to the second press.”

“I’ve had an Echo Go+ for almost a year and wanted to try something different, especially to avoid customs and tax since I live in Sweden. The Nord bottle is nice to look at, but it doesn’t feel as robust or durable as the Echo. However, only time will tell. It holds less water, and even though I always carry a Larq PureVis 2 with me to ensure access to clean and cold water, I find the amount in the Nord to be too little. This means I often have to use the Nord twice in one go, but then it’s too much, and I end up throwing out about half the water because hydrogen doesn’t stay in any bottle for long. I also noticed that assembling the Nord was much harder. Aligning the parts is tricky, and what bothers me most is the on/off switch. I think I’ve figured out that you just hold your finger on the button and wait, but since I’m used to the Echo, where you simply push and it responds instantly, I find myself becoming impatient when nothing happens right away. I end up pressing harder and harder, which is frustrating. The pressure seems better—or at least feels stronger—when you open the bottle. I haven’t tested the PPM, but I always press the button twice, and it feels and tastes exactly the same as the Echo. In summary, it’s a nice and good bottle, but I still give 5 stars to the Echo and 4 to this one, hence the title: Echo Go+ — The Swedish Little Bottle. “Works but the battery only lasts for 6 10-min charges. If you want to get up to 1.5 liters per day that means you have to charge it 2 times a day and the charging time sucks.”
