Unbroken Seal
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It is crucial that the seal on the hydrogen bottles is completely unbroken. This is a safety measure as well as a way to maintain hygiene and product integrity.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. This fee covers handling, inspection, processing, and restocking costs associated with returned products.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
