40 studies.One pattern.
Around forty controlled trials, led by groups like Palacký University in Czechia and Prof. Sergej Ostojic's lab, keep landing on the same result: less muscle damage, less lactate, and more left in the tank at the end. Published in peer-reviewed sports journals, with the numbers to match.
These are references to published research, not claims about our products. They describe what researchers observed in specific groups of athletes. Nord Hydrogen makes no health or performance claims, and no trial has tested our bottle.

Two Nord fills cover the
elite-study dose.
The football and swimming studies gave about 1.1–1.5 mg of hydrogen, split into four drinks over the two hours before training. One 10-minute Nord fill contains 1.08 mg, measured by gas chromatography.

Your training-day routine.
- About 60 minutes before training. Run a 10-minute cycle and drink it all.
- 10–15 minutes before you start. Second fill, same way. That's the study dose covered.
- On hard blocks and competition days. The swimmers loaded for four days beforehand, not just the morning of.
- Recovery days. Keep it consistent. The effects in the studies showed up in recovery the next day.
Spread your water over the session rather than downing a litre at once, especially if you have glaucoma. Competing under a federation? Hydrogen isn't on WADA's prohibited list today; check your own sport's rules.
